It gives some deetails about the video, audio and text files that you get with the Course. It can be printed and might be useful for you to keep track of what you have wtched or lisstened to, and to plan future studies.

Near the end of the document, you will find a copy of the text that appears on the Home screen. You can then make notes for yourself about the points made in the introductory material.
